The Xrail targets a minimum reliability rate of 90% relative to the given estimated time of arrival

The Xrail system makes it possible to monitor the performance at the level of each Origin/Destination (customer departure siding / customer arrival siding). For each Origin/Destination, the partners have agreed to provide a monthly root cause analysis for any issues.

The different root causes are then reviewed between the partners and action plans are implemented to bridge any gaps in service quality. In general, information about production-related topics is regularly exchanged in a transparent manner between the partners of the Alliance.

The accurate performance statistics from the system provide Xrail with solid facts about transport performance. Xrail can then continue to streamline the processes between the partners and increase the transparency for international wagonload traffic.
